Instructions for Making a Return
- You must complete a Return Authorization Request Form below to Initiate Your Return Process.
- Click on the following link to begin: Return Authorization Request Form
- Complete the form and click submit. The form will be electronically sent to our Returns dept.
- Allow 24 - 48 hours.
An RMA NUMBER and SPECIFIC SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS will be sent to your email. - Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning an item.
- Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Your RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of your box.
- RETURNED GOODS MUST BE SHIPPED BY UPS.
- Original product is intact.
- Installation Kits and Accessories are intact and unopened.
- Product is being returned within 30 days of original date of the order.
- The original box is torn or missing.
- The product has been used or show signs of installation.
- A 25% restocking charge will be deducted from the original price of each item returned
- The balance will be credited back to the credit card originally used to make the purchase.
- We will do our utmost to process returns quickly. Please allow 7-14 days for processing.
- If shipment is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, details must be sent IN WRITING VIA EMAIL to customerservice@smartgrabbar.com within 72 hours of receipt.
